I heard these speakers not too long ago at a local dealer. The first thing I noticed was the imaging, and how articulated it was when even off-axis. I've heard a number of speakers that require the listener to be in a specific spot to hear the imaging, but not the 60's. In fact I liked them so much I'm planning on buying some in a few weeks. Bass was quick and accurate, but could be lacking in a larger room. Mine should do fine though, in a room approximately 12 X 10 feet. If you haven't heard these speakers, do so! The highs are beautiful for their price. $1199 is a steal for these speakers. I'm going to give them a solid 9.5, since the bass could possibly be worked on a bit.
